Born in Delta, Colorado, Sef has been a resident of the Uncompahgre Valley for 30 years. His youth activities consisted of working on the family farm and escaping to the Colorado mountains whenever time permitted. Sef has spent most of his life on the western slope with the exception of a four year stint at Colorado State University to obtain a degree in Agricultural Business.
Recent growth in the Montrose area sparked Sef's interest to expand professionally into the areas of land development and real estate. His goal is to consolidate his farming and ranching background with his passion for the outdoors to create a very well rounded Colorado broker. Sef's skills and attributes are beneficial to client because in many cases "good farm ground" translates into great building sites. His diverse background can be helpful to those clients interested in mountain properties for producing livestock or simply yielding abundant wildlife on recreational properties.
